Though it isn’t clear exactly what it is that you want to achieve, here are some suggestions assuming you are trying to avoid the red tint on the singers.
> Shoot RAW
As you will probably be using higher ISO values, shooting in RAW gives you greater control over noise reduction, exposure etc in post.
> Shoot in black and white or convert to black and white in post
By using the bw adjustment in photoshop, you can assign different values to different colors/areas in the image. You could even try sepia or duo tone effects or simple play with the temperature of the image after bw converstion.
> Shoot in color and change the hues in photoshop later.
Using the hue/saturation adjustment it is possible to manipulate individual colors. You can decrease saturation and shift the color as well. This is also very easy to do in the adobe camera raw.
> Use you limitations creatively
Try to find a creative way to use the colors in the image. Colors can convey mood and energy and with the right framing and decisive moment. Experimenting with different white balance for different shots might be one way to do this.
